Crumbs began with a simple idea: to bake bread and pastries the way they’ve always been made, but shaped for the rhythm and energy of London. What started as a small bakery has grown into several spots where every day we serve bread, pastries and coffee to a community that grows with us.
At Crumbs we believe that good things are built with patience and honesty. Our sourdough bread is natural, alive and unique. We give it time, because slow fermentation brings out the best flavour. Our pastries are handmade, baked fresh every day with long fermentations that respect tradition and bring out every flaky layer. Always with honest ingredients, nothing artificial. And always served with coffee with soul, crafted by baristas who put the same care into every cup as our bakers do into every dough.
